Thank you for inquiring about our programs to help sell your home(s). Today's environment has created many challenges for Home Buyers and Home Sellers. At RentPurchase.Com, we understand what you are going through and have created a system to help you.


It starts with attracting the right kind of Buyers; we are out in the marketplace attracting Home Buyers to our system through internet, print media, real estate brokerage services, referrals and signage. We put our new Purchasers through a rigorous screening process, which includes all background and employment verifications, to see if they meet our qualifications to enter our Lease Option program or determine if they qualify to purchase a home now.  Above all, our Clients must have the desire and the financial capability to purchase your home.

There are many reasons our Buyers cannot settle on your home today if we use the Lease option process, some examples are:

When you have committed to allowing us to market your house for "free" in the Lease Option process we sign you up and put you in our system. Our marketing is nonexclusive - so you can continue to market the home yourself. If you are not working with a real estate professional we prefer a dual approach to marketing your home by combining the Lease Option with the traditional listing approach so we can demonstrate your home to the largest possible number of buyers available in the market place today. It will also become available to our pipeline of buyers who are in our system working on their situation and waiting for the right house in the right area to come on to the site.

When a potential buyer enters our system and is qualified we guide them to the homes on the website to choose from. This is the reason you could be missing out on many potential buyers, if your home is located in an area or has a number of bedrooms that fits our buyer's needs - it must be seen from the website for our reps to show the home.

When our buyer makes a commitment we execute the paperwork and let you know the home is sold.

 

It's that easy..
and before you know it, it's time to go to settlement on the property with our buyer.

Another benefit to you is that we earn approximately 50 percent of our fees at closing, so we are right there with you through the whole process trying to get the buyer to closing!
